Keeping students and the staff healthy is our goal!! There are many things you can do at home to help accomplish this.
1 A good night's rest - Children need at least nine hours of sleep a night for good health.
2 Hand hygiene- One of the most important measures to prevent the spread of germs. Everyone should clean their hands:
- Before and after food handling and eating
- After using the toilet
- When coming inside from outside
- After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
- After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
- After handling pet food or pet treats
- After touching garbage
